Letters from the Other Side
Some bonds don’t end; they just change sides.
A visual story about absence.
Inspired by Pep Puig’s story “Letters from the Other Side”, the images build a different story: a boy who loses his dog. The dog is gone, yet he keeps appearing in every scene as a red line by the boy’s side. The illustrations don’t speak about death, but about what remains: the habit of looking for him, the thread that never breaks, grief as another way of staying together.

The dog appears only as a red line, a thread that runs through every scene and keeps him present. The title lettering carries the same idea home, turning each A into a house.
