Every burrow hides a story.
A wordless accordion book that unfolds downward, like digging.
A rabbit spots a sign promising carrots and starts down the burrow. Along the way, other burrows, other animals and old bones buried in the earth tell stories of their own. When one side ends, the book turns over and the journey continues on the other, so the object itself becomes part of the story.

Process
Before the final art, I tested the whole accordion in three palettes: blue, brown and magenta. The earthy brown won: it makes the underground feel warm and lets the orange of the carrots and the dragon glow.
